After we have your goals clearly defined we will then begin a series of guidance exercises to help program your mind to take the actions needed to achieve your goals.
As you begin to trance-form, we will track your progress and make adjustments to ensure you are moving closer towards achieving your life goals.
Trance-formation Guidance Programs

1 (1 hour) video session (via Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangout)
- Identify your personality type, clarify and prioritize your short and long-term goals
- Highlight and target internal scripts that create both empowering and limiting beliefs
- Learn to use focal exercises and strategies to fix new life scripts into permanent mindset
- Create a blueprint and timeline of steps to take towards objectives
- Guaranteed 30-minute follow-up session within 30 days of the initial session
30 Day Intensive
4 (1 hour) video sessions (via Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangout)
- Everything included in Break Through Session
- In the course of the month, review and reevaluate short-term goals each week
- Evaluate the use of the strategies with extended one-on-one guidance
- Review and reassess the timeline for progress towards goals
- Guaranteed 4 (30-minute) follow-up sessions (as needed) within 90 days of the fourth session
