Walnut Milk Recipe

There are many different types of nut milk but walnut milk is one of my favorite recipes because of the high amount of nutrition including essential Omega 3 fatty acids and the delicious taste. Many people think making their own nut milk is difficult and won’t taste as good as store bought when nothing could be further from the truth. In this video I show you how to make nut milk and how easy it really is.

Walnut Milk Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups of water
2 cups of walnuts
10 dates, cut and pitted (this is optional)

Instructions:
Let walnuts soak for at least 20 minutes in water to soften.
Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Strain through fresh pair of knee highs or nut milk bag.
Add dates if desired or drink plain.
